    We have had a wonderful experience at this place. We have been going for about 13 years. We have seen the place transformed to give its clients a nicer experience. However, my family and I were extremely disappointed today because there was no sign to indicate that the entrance to the orchard and the entrance to the playground/maze required two separate fees. So about 15 people paid 8 dollars each, believing this was the entrance fee for the orchard, only to find out later that they did not need to pay. My husband saw this group cross the playground to the orchard. I told them that they did not need to pay to gain entrance to the apple orchard and that they should ask for a refund. They were denied. My husband and I vouched for this group and the person in charge said no. It is our opinion that they did not exercise compassion nor good business etiquette. We are not sure we would come back.
